ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Tara Keeping, IWPP, learned about business and public relations at a young age through her family’s company, Keeping House, a private retirement home.

She enjoys all aspects of the event planning industry and is a certified wedding and event planner. Tara has planned numerous events including receptions, fundraisers, galas, charity benefits, launches and weddings.

Tara lived internationally for 11 years where she was a pre-school teacher and later a flight attendant for an international airline where she learned to deliver service with elegance and style.

She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Journalism from the University of Victoria, Victoria, BC and her Wedding and Event Planning Diploma at QC School of Event and Wedding Planning Inc. from Ottawa, Ontario.

Tara serves as an event consultant with non-profit, charity and art organizations. She sits on two Boards where she is involved with the fundraising events as well as being a host for a local TV station.
